Max Speed Motors Sdn Bhd' is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistance Branch Manager to join our team in Dengkil, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing the operations and performance of our dynamic motorcycle showroom.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch's operations, including inventory control, financial management, and customer service.
• Supervise and train staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with logistic department for restocking.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related filed (Preferred)
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the retail management, ideally in automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting
