C.E Technic Products Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Admin / Customer Service professional to join our team in Batu Kawan, Penang. This full-time role will be responsible for providing excellent administrative and customer service support to our sales team and clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing efficient and friendly customer service
  • Processing sales orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate sales records
  • Preparing sales invoices, quotes, and other sales-related documentation
  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks and coordinating with other departments
  • Providing support for marketing and promotional activities
  • Maintaining database and filing systems
  • Performing other administrative duties as required
Soft Skill Set
  • Know export / import procedure
  • Know the Autocount system
  • Have customer service experience
  • Language skill (Tamil, Arab, Hokkien & etc - the more language the person can speak more valuable)
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role & export import
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
