Job Scope

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their event planning and execution journey is seamless and memorable. Combining excellent customer service skills with event coordination expertise, you will support clients from initial inquiries to post-event feedback, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement and Customer Service:
    • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins promptly and professionally.
    • Provide detailed information about event space offerings, packages, and services.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
    • Assist clients in booking the venue and finalizing event details.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision, themes, and requirements.
    • Coordinate with the event decorator team to plan and execute events in line with client expectations.
    • Assist clients with selecting event layouts, decor options, and additional services.
  • On-Site Event Support:
    • Be present during events to oversee operations and ensure smooth execution.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients on the event day, addressing any last-minute changes or issues.
    • Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and other service providers for timely delivery and setup.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and event details.
    • Prepare contracts, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
    • Manage event calendars and schedules to avoid conflicts or overlaps.
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist clients in managing their event budgets by providing cost-effective solutions.
    • Monitor expenses to ensure they stay within allocated budgets.
  • Venue Preparation and Maintenance:
    • Coordinate with the decorator team to prepare the event space before and after events.
    • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in excellent condition for client use.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Dheary Event Space through social media and other channels.
    • Provide content ideas and event highlights for promotional purposes.
  • Trend Awareness and Innovation:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in event planning and customer service.
    • Propose new ideas to enhance client experiences and improve operational efficiency.
  • Post-Event Follow-Up:
    • Gather client feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide reports on event outcomes to the management team.
