Job summary
A dynamic printing solutions provider is looking for a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Officer/Sales Coordinator in Kajang. The role involves liaising with sales personnel, assisting customers, and managing sales-related inquiries. Candidates must have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with fluency in Mandarin and English. The salary ranges from RM3,500 to RM4,500 based on experience. Benefits include EPF, SOCSO, and medical coverage, and the company operates on a standard 5-day workweek.

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a similar field preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with sales personnel on sales-related matters.
- Assist in sales coordination activities and respond to customer inquiries.
- Prepare cost breakdowns and manage customer RFQs.
- Coordinate sample preparations and monitor production requirements.
