Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Learning Management System (LMS)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate in-house and external trainings, including training logistics, scheduling, communication and registration, recording training expenses and budget, and updating training records.
  • Execute training sessions as per annual training plan (ATP).
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, schedules, participants name list.
  • Compile and update training feedback, evaluation data, and training report.
  • Support the L&D team in implementing new training initiatives and systems.
  • Support in collaborating with external trainers and vendors to expand and enhance training options.
  • Assist in logistics for onsite or virtual training events.
