Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Officer / Sales Coordinator – Offset Packaging Industry

The company is a dynamic printing solutions provider located in Kuala Lumpur, offering high-quality packaging, labels and display standees for a wide range of product categories. It uses high‑end German printing machines and focuses on excellent service, quality and competitive pricing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Liaise with sales personnel on sales related matters.
  • Assist in sales coordination activities; handle and interact with customers to provide information in response to enquiries about products & services.
  • Handle RFQ, prepare cost breakdowns and liaise with customers accurately and timely.
  • Perform initial checking on customer supplied items (Artwork, sample, colour tolerance) and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate inter‑departmentally on sample preparations and monitor new sample colour tolerances & lab tests.
  • Update and review paper requirements versus customer monthly forecast.
  • Coordinate with Production to meet all customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Provide production schedule and release to production sections.
  • Ensure relevant raw materials and manpower are available for production runs, especially during overtime or normal/off days.
  • Document all activities and important records as per ISO 9001:2015 requirement.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Marketing.
  • Preferably minimum one (1) year working experience in similar fields, or minimum three (3) years of related experience if without qualification.
  • Competent communicator; well‑versed in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Office including Excel.
CONDITIONS & BENEFITS
  • Remuneration: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 basic salary (depends on industry experience).
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working days: 5 days a week (Mon‑Fri).
  • Working hours: Standard shift.
  • Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Medical Coverage, Annual Leave, etc.
