- Maintaining accurate inventory records: Ensuring that the warehouse management system (WMS) reflects the actual stock levels.
- Monitor and manage stock movement - Stock in (from suppliers), stock out (from HQ), stock transfer (store to store), stock consolidation, and Return Stock (store to HQ) to ensure stores have sufficient/healthy stock level.
- Stores and HQ Stock take. Conduct floor audits on regular basis by providing analyzed report to management.
- Managing stock levels: forecasting demand, optimizing storage space, and preventing stock outs or overstocking.
- Plan and monitor fulfilment of pre, in, and post season and to provide the analysis report accordingly.
- Analyze and forecast consumption pattern based on stock movement and to plan on stock allocation.
- Plan and analyze on the sell-through and stock turn.
- Review and adjust Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets to ensure optimal inventory levels and alignment with sales forecasts.
- Seasonal markdown planning.
- Work closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Store Teams, E Commerce and other relevant departments to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Maintain warehouse management system data accuracy.
- Prepare closing stock report to finance department.
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports (stock ageing, shrinkage, turnover) for management review.
- Delivery order discrepancy report amendments.
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments: Planning, scheduling, and executing the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse.
- Tracking shipments and resolving issues: Monitoring the status of shipments and addressing any problems that arise.
- Performs any other tasks or projects as assigned by the Management from time to time.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing/supervising warehouse and logistics operations or related scope preferably within retail industry.
- Experienced in inventory management.
- Possess initiative and be results-oriented.
- Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned.
- Good analytical skills and have an eye for details.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literately (ERP, WMS and MS Office)
- Strong in Excel /Pivot/Google Sheets skills.
