Responsibilities
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to address organisational needs and enhance employee skills.
  • Develop and maintain competency frameworks.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and create customised learning plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and talent management.
  • Partner with external vendors, as required, to deliver specialised training programs.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of a talent management strategy, including career pathing and succession planning.
  • Support the identification of high-potential employees and work with leadership to develop career development plans.
  • Contribute to Financial Inclusion Programmes, as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in learning and development or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Strong skills in writing, framework development, communication, and interpersonal relations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior management.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
