Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and returning materials/products.

Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish supplies when required.

Ensure all goods are properly labeled, stored, and organized according to safety and quality standards.

Prepare inventory-related reports for management (stock status, slow‑moving, expired/damaged items, etc.).

Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs and ISO/QA requirements.

Support the warehouse team in daily operations and continuous improvement activities.

Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Work closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teams for smooth coordination.

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP/SQL, or inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards will be an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
