POSITION LOCATION

Join TME Motorsports Sdn. Bhd, a proud YAMAHA Dealer in Johor Bahru, and be part of our exciting team.

We have 5 Branches, and admin roles will be placed at each branch, giving you the chance to be at the heart of operations and learn the ropes across our network.

📌 Working Hours & Days: Enjoy a structured schedule with 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM and Monday - Saturday, giving you a perfect balance between career and life.

DAY-to-DAY DUTIES
  1. 1.1 Registration & Compliance
    • Handle the complete registration process for motorcycles with relevant authorities.
    • Ensure all registration documents are accurate and submitted on time.
    • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth registration.
  2. 1.2 Insurance Services
    • Prepare accurate quotations for motorcycles, spare parts, and services.
    • Assist customers with insurance options and renewal processes.
    • Ensure all insurance documentation is completed correctly.
  3. 1.3 Cashiering
    • Process customer payments and issue official receipts.
    • Handle cash, bank transfers, and other payment methods in compliance with company policies.
    • Maintain proper records of all financial transactions.
    • Monitor and update inventory records for motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories.
    • Coordinate with procurement and workshop teams for stock replenishment.
    • Ensure inventory data is accurate and up to date.
    • Ensure all sales and administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and maintained to a high standard.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with precise and reliable data.
    • Highlight discrepancies and provide management with actionable insights for decision-making.
WHO SHOULD APPLY

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
