Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Finance Assistant for a temporary position in Kuala Lumpur. Introduction

Chrisjac is an established recruitment firm, serving corporate clients in Malaysia for three decades in the staffing industry. Currently Chrisjac is working with an established corporate company based at Bandar Bukit Jalil to engage two full‑time temporary staff for three months for their Finance Department.

Job Description

The role is primarily office based where the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting activities in the Finance Department. This non‑professional position is full‑time temporary. It requires someone capable of multi‑tasking and responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable and SST submission. The main focus of duties is record keeping, managing AR activities and submitting relevant tax.

Candidate
  • Malaysians who are energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Minimum qualification is SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance.
  • Preferably work experience in an administrative role or in finance/accounting matters.
  • Good computer skills; working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and the internet will be ideal.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to communicate fluently in English; conversant in BM and Mandarin.
