Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support recruitment, maintain employee records, and assist in implementing HR policies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in relevant industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Malaysian labour laws are essential. Applications can be sent to a provided email.

Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
- Prepare letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll input, leave administration, and attendance tracking.
- Support training coordination and employee development programs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement events and wellness programs.
- Handle HR inquiries and support internal communication efforts.

We are representing our client in Mining & Building Materials industry. As the company prepares for expansion, they are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to be based at their HQ in Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

- Good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
