Job description
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Logistics Department

  • Oversee and assist Operation Team on daily operation issues.
  • Liaise with Custom Dept, FMM, Chinese Chamber, MITI and related government authorities
  • To liaise with Forwarding Agent & Freight Forwarder for quarterly freight review & negotiation.
  • Co-ordinate Customer Complaint investigation on Operation Issues.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with Insurance Company in case of damaged and loses of local and export shipments.
  • To initiate Annual customer satisfaction survey to improve customer service level.
  • To maintain and ensure compliance on Operation’s ISO procedures.

Store Department

  • Manage the warehouse and inventory/stock control.
  • To monitor all incoming and outgoing stocks movement.
  • To liaise with supplier on any incoming packaging / raw materials logistics related issues.
  • To co-ordinate aging stocks.
  • To monitor warehouse assets maintenance, e.g. racking system, forklift, shrink wrap machines & etc.
  • To conduct & verify monthly and annual stock take.
  • To maintain Store’s ISO procedures.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics and warehouse operations.

  • Good personality with strong communication and teamwork skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of staff.

  • Preferably from a manufacturing background, open to any type of manufacturing industry.
