Overview

As a Import & Export Analyst you will be responsible for managing and analyzing shipping and transportation costs. You will need to verify freight/warehouse invoices. Also to prepare reports on the transportation and storage cost, delivery performance and inventory levels. You will be reporting to Transportation And Distribution Manager, SEA.

Responsibilities
  • Verification and posting of vendor invoices

  • Maintain proper financial reports and filing systems.

  • You will create reports on transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels, providing actionable insights.

  • Prepare stock reconciliation report on weekly.

  • Prepare in-depth reports containing KPI assessments and root cause analysis

  • Verify transporter and 3PL invoices.

  • Upload the invoices in the shared drive

  • Prepare reports on the 3PL and warehouse cost

  • Prepare weekly/ monthly report on the stock reconciliation, transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels.

  • Close monitoring the KPI and preparing root cause analysis

  • Support on export and import process and other ad hoc task.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in analytics.

  • Knowledge of export, import and warehouse management.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate processing of documents

  • Familiarity with statistical tools and techniques for data analysis and interpretation.

  • Background in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration or equivalent

  • Knowledge in export / import and warehouse process.

  • Knowledge in process and handling freight/ storage invoices.

  • Hands-on experience liaising with forwarding agents / 3PL warehouse

  • Communication & Execution

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools

  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Good leadership skills

  • Accountability – Sense of belonging
