Job summary
A recruitment company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full set of accounts and handle daily accounting duties. The ideal candidate has a diploma in finance or accountancy, is detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Responsibilities include preparing tax submissions and liaising with auditors, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

- Computer literate and familiar with accounting software.
- Must achieve deadlines and show organization.

Job Description:
● Able to handle full set of account and daily accounting duties
● Handle accounting work such as invoices, payment voucher, debtors/ creditors statements & documents filling
● Ensure all accounting journals, ledgers & other records detailing financial business transactions are up to date and recorded.
● Perform financial statement review and analysis, balance sheet reconciliation and follow up open items/ issues for closure
● Self-motivated & able to work independently
● Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters
● Liaise with company internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc. whenever necessary
● Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Management
Requirements:
● Ability to work independently. Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate/ LOCI/ Diploma/ Advanced
● Graduate in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
● Computer literate, knowledge in accounting software – Auto Count will be added advantage
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
● Organization, detail-oriented and multi-tasking skill
Office Hours: Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
