A reputable financial services firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a finance assistant to assist the Finance Manager. Key responsibilities include maintaining student school fee collections, invoicing, handling tax matters, and ensuring proper documentation in the Accounts department. Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Finance Manager in handling all related account matters.
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating and monitoring the student school fee collection.
  • Responsible for invoicing and receivable payment, issuing receipt, payment voucher, and claims.
  • Handling questions and emails regarding school fee matters.
  • Ensuring proper filing system for the Account department.
  • Assisting in finance admin support activities.
  • Preparation of accounting documents for financial statements and monthly report.
  • Budget preparation, implementation and review of budgets.
  • Responsible for submission of SST, withholding Tax, and other tax matters.
  • Liaison with accounting firms, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and related parties.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company & direct manager.

  • Budget Preparation, implementation and review of budgets, works together with Finance Manager.
  • Responsible for submission of SST, withholding Tax, tax matter etc with government department.
  • Liaison with accounting firm, auditor, tax agent, company secretaries, bankers and related parties.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the Company & direct manager from time to time.
