A leading insurance company based in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated professional to provide operational support primarily to the Commercial Team. You will manage a portfolio of trade credit insurance policies and ensure high retention rates while negotiating favorable terms. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and has at least 2 years of experience in Account Management. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in corporate Account/Relationship Management.
  • Experience in Trade Finance/Trade Credit Insurance is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service focus.

  • Set up renewal strategies and deliver high retention ratio.
