Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate company policies and sales activities to customers, handle customer complaints and after-sales issues, and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Assist with order processing and stock replenishment follow-ups, monitor inventory levels, and ensure smooth product turnover.
  • Report sales data and regional business updates, assist in executing promotional activities and marketing plans, and collect competitor information.
  • Assist with in‑store display materials and store maintenance; conduct regular store visits to ensure store compliance.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about phone technology, familiar with the current market trend.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (as it requires liaising with Mandarin speaking clients).
  • Full‑time position(s) available.

  • Willing to work 5.5 days a week
