Job Summary : Masimo is expanding its presence in the South African and Southern African markets; this Key Account Manager role will be vital in this strategic expansion.
In this high-profile role, the Key Account Manager will identify and develop strategic relationships with clinical leaders in targeted hospitals and healthcare markets in South Africa and the broader region. They will support accounts (hospitals and private clinics) in their territory in close collaboration with Masimo Distributors.
The Key Account Manager will plan, execute, and direct the overall Key Account (Whole House Conversion) Sales program, developed in partnership with Masimo distributors. This includes developing account strategies, implementing them, and coordinating resources to optimize outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications : Minimum of five years' experience in a key account sales role within an organization. Broad business perspective with strong sales skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing skills. Strong communication skills. Highly dedicated and results-oriented. Experience in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organizations. Ability to work effectively in a start-up environment. Experience calling on administration and C-Level executives. Comfortable in high-visibility situations. Self-starter with a positive attitude. Willingness to travel extensively. PC literate with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Education : Bachelor's degree required.
