Job Title: New Business Developer / Sales Executive

Location: National (Travel Required)
Industry: Temporary Employment Services (TES) / Labour Broking
Salary: R60,000 per month (Basic) + Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced New Business Developer / Sales Executive to join our team within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) / Labour Broking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across multiple industries, including FMCG, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and cleaning.

This is a national role, requiring frequent travel and interaction with clients throughout South Africa. The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented professional with a strong background in workforce outsourcing solutions and a solid network within relevant sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the TES / labour broking environment.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships at multiple levels (HR, procurement, and operations).

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, tenders, and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing, contractual terms, and SLAs.

  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and sales performance reports.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in sales or business development within the TES / labour broking industry.

  • Demonstrated success in securing contracts within FMCG, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or cleaning sectors.

  • Strong understanding of temporary staffing, outsourcing, and workforce management solutions.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel nationally and work independently.

  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.

Qualifications
  • Minimum: Grade 12 / Matric (essential).

  • Preferred: A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Industrial Relations (or a related field).

  • Additional certifications or training in TES compliance, labour law, or HR practices will be an advantage.
