Salary: R60,000 per month (Basic) + Commission
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced New Business Developer / Sales Executive to join our team within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) / Labour Broking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across multiple industries, including FMCG, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and cleaning.
This is a national role, requiring frequent travel and interaction with clients throughout South Africa. The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented professional with a strong background in workforce outsourcing solutions and a solid network within relevant sectors.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the TES / labour broking environment.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships at multiple levels (HR, procurement, and operations).
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals, tenders, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing, contractual terms, and SLAs.
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and sales performance reports.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in sales or business development within the TES / labour broking industry.
Demonstrated success in securing contracts within FMCG, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or cleaning sectors.
Strong understanding of temporary staffing, outsourcing, and workforce management solutions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel nationally and work independently.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
Minimum: Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
Preferred: A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Industrial Relations (or a related field).
Additional certifications or training in TES compliance, labour law, or HR practices will be an advantage.
Strong business development and strategic thinking skills.
