Job summary
A prominent recruitment agency in Pretoria is seeking a Removal (Sales) Consultant to generate and manage sales opportunities in the removals sector. Key responsibilities include client consultations, conducting sales viewings, and overseeing customer service. - Conduct internal and external sales viewings and costings.

- Prepare monthly sales reports and perform weekly follow-ups.
- Open and manage files for secured moves.
- Attend site visits and client inspections.
- Complete tender requests accurately and on time.

Our client in Pretoria is hiring: Removal (Sales) Consultant. The Removal (Sales) Consultant will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities within the removal's environment. The role focuses on client consultations, costings, site visits, customer service, and accurate administration to ensure a seamless moving experience for clients while achieving sales targets.
- Conduct internal and external sales viewings and costings
- Deliver high-quality customer service and professional correspondence
- Prepare monthly sales reports and perform weekly follow-ups
- Open, manage, and update files for secured moves
- Attend job visits and client site inspections
- Complete and submit tender requests accurately and on time
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with Mathematics
- Valid driver’s license (minimum code 8)
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Computer literacy on Google web-based applications, Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to respond promptly to requests and remain flexible in approach
- Deadline-driven with the ability to assess and streamline processes effectively
