Job summary
A leading automotive retailer in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Manager to lead their used car sales team. With a focus on driving performance and achieving sales targets, the ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in used vehicle sales and at least 2 years in a management role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly scaling business.

- Proven ability to lead a sales floor, hit targets, and manage performance across multiple touchpoints.
- Solid understanding of the motor industry processes.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in used vehicle sales, with at least 2 years in a management or team leader role.

– Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
– Solid understanding of the motor industry processes.
– A natural closer with strong ethics and a passion for the automotive industry.
Grade 12 or equivalent
Qualification in Sales and Marketing or business-related equivalent
