Job summary
A leading automotive recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Team Leader for the Nissan New Cars sales team in Polokwane. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in new vehicle sales and will be responsible for guiding the team to achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role offers a salary range of R18,000 – R22,000 plus commission and various allowances.

Education
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to guide and manage the Nissan New Cars sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new vehicle sales and a natural ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve consistent performance.
You will be responsible for driving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining high dealership standards.
Salary: R18 000 – R22 000 + Commission + Demo vehicle + Fuel allowance + Cellphone allowance + Medical aid + Pension fund + 13th cheque.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the new car sales team
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure exceptional service
- Assist with pricing, product knowledge, and sales strategies
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Support sales consultants with deal closures and negotiations
- Maintain showroom standards and vehicle display quality
- Report on sales performance and market trends
- Manage own sales pipeline while supporting the team
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in new car sales
