Our well-established dealership in Centurion is looking for a talented Used Car Sales Person to join our team.

As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, showcasing our inventory of quality used vehicles, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

• Resides in Centurion or surrounding areas

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is highly beneficial. Experience in selling used cars specifically is a big plus.
• Knowledge of Cars: A good understanding of different makes and models of cars, their features, specifications, and market trends is important for a used car salesperson.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers are essential in the sales industry. Being able to listen to customers' needs and provide tailored solutions is key.
• Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively, close deals, and handle objections is crucial for a successful salesperson.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, is important for interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the inventory of used cars available for sale, including their history, condition, pricing, and value proposition, is essential.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are often required for maintaining sales records, managing customer databases, and using sales management software.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, as test drives with potential customers is part of the sales process.
• Education: While a formal degree is not a minimum requirement but will be advantageous, a high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement for this sales position.
• Industry Certifications: Relevant sales or automotive industry certifications or training programs are advantageous.
