We’re looking for a seasoned Account Manager to join our team within the Quality Control Division. Your primary mission? To proactively manage and grow our client base by delivering world-class service, building lasting partnerships, and driving value through technical collaboration and strategic insight.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide expert advice and support on our product and service offerings.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and client growth initiatives.
- Drive customer education on capabilities, products, services, and emerging technology trends.
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, contracts, updates, and renewals.
- Consistently identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services and solutions.
- Foster client advocacy by creating referenceable accounts and increasing customer lifetime value.
Key Performance Indicators:
- High levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios, drive revenue growth, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills – fast and accurate with figures and percentages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula use.
- Exceptional communicator – confident engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
- Able to perform under pressure and maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
- Willing to go the extra mile – flexible and committed to delivering excellence, even outside standard working hours.
