Experience Requirements

1-3 years of proven experience as a Property Sales Agent, Real Estate Agent, or Property Consultant.

Experience in residential or commercial property sales, rentals, or developments.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience with client relationship management and negotiation.

Familiarity with property market trends, legal documentation, and transfer processes.

Advantageous

Experience working with property listing portals (e.g. Property24, Private Property) and CRM systems.

Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) - essential.

A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) issued by the EAAB (Estate Agency Affairs Board) - required to operate legally.
