IVOCHEM is a Port Elizabeth-based manufacturer of a wide range of cleaning chemicals for the retail, industrial and institutional sectors. We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to take full control of our sales and marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy across all sectors.
• Take full ownership of sales targets and actively drive revenue growth across the various sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate retail buyers and key FMCG accounts.
• Plan and manage all marketing activities, including product positioning, brand strategy, store promotions, and advertising.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand our customer base.
• Guide and manage sales staff and sales agency to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Strong background in FMCG sales and marketing, with proven success in the corporate retail space.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, including in-store promotions, branding, and product campaigns.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Self-driven, strategic, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning abilities.

Remuneration:

• Salary is negotiable and will be based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
