A leading BPO firm is seeking an experienced HR Officer in Cape Town. The role involves managing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with South African labor laws. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO setting. This position offers an attractive salary package based on experience.

Hire Resolve, a leading BPO firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the human resources functions of our organization, ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are in line with industry best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Develop and implement performance management processes
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a BPO firm
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in managing high volume recruitment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Salary : R800k – R980k
