Qualifications

• Experience in a unionized operational and agricultural environment advantageous.
• Ability to speak Xhosa, Zulu or Sotho will be an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EE, OHSA, WSP, ATR reporting & BBBEE.

Responsibilities

• Consult and work in partnership with managers and employees.
• Manage operational units’ industrial relations policies and procedures.
