• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System through audits.
• Coordinate and analyse annual training needs across departments.

Skills

3+ years’ experience in a generalist Human Resources role

Strong understanding of HR legislation

Industrial Relations experience

Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Excellent Communication Skills

Education

BCom in Human Resources Management
