Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in Limpopo is seeking a suitable candidate to oversee payroll and employment administration for pickers. The role involves supervising a small team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with payroll activities. Candidates should have a Grade 12 and 5-7 years of experience in HR and payroll administration, preferably in the agricultural sector.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee pickers’ payroll and employment administration.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Financial Department.
- Supervise a small team of Payroll Administrators for accuracy and compliance.

The suitable candidate is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the pickers’ payroll and employment administration. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting to the Financial Department and supervises a small team of Payroll Administrators to guarantee accuracy and compliance across all payroll activities.
- Grade 12 (essential)
- 5-7 years’ experience in HR and payroll administration (preferably in the agricultural sector)
