What will you do?
To support the Procurement Specialist in fulfilling the organisation’s procurement by ensuring the timely and cost-effective procuring of goods and services.
Qualification and Experience
- 3 – 5 years’ procurement experience, including:
- Sound knowledge of and experience in supply chain management & procurement process, systems, procedures. Procurement related legislations and policy.
- Understanding and application of relevant legislation like B-BBEE act, Prevention and Combating of Corruption Activities Act 12 of 2024, PPPFA act of 2000, Competition Act and other related acts.
- RFX activities, sourcing and running of end-to-end tender processes and all the reports involved.
- Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain Management / Procurement / Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Related CIPS

- Follow procedures and cooperate with peers and leader for best possible service delivery

- Defined legal, statutory and regulatory compliance is maintained at the required standards
- Operational risk and governance structures, measures and frameworks are complied with and necessary action is taken to address issues, when necessary
