Job summary

A recruitment and HR company is looking for an efficient individual in South Africa, Gauteng for a role focused on payroll administration and human resource services. Responsibilities include handling staff appointments, terminations, and payroll processing while ensuring compliance with South African labor legislation. The ideal candidate should have Grade 12, HR diploma preferred, and extensive experience in payroll processing.

Qualifications

  • 5 years Payroll Processing experience will be an advantage.
  • Computer Literacy – MS Office is required.
  • Good English language skills, both written and verbal are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient HR and payroll administration.
  • Manage staff appointments and terminations.
  • Administer leave and monitor balances.
  • Prepare input for monthly payroll and respond to queries.
