Job summary

A leading global sports brand in South Africa is looking for a retail leader to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets. This role involves active selling, coaching, and developing high-performing team members while maintaining operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of retail experience, including 2 years in a leadership position. Strong communication and team-building skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze sales performance and lead action plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ retail experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven leadership experience at Assistant Manager level within a high-volume retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with KPI and payroll management capability.
