Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Client Success Specialist for the US/Singapore/CN/TW/HK market. The role involves offering friendly service, managing customer complaints, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication. Candidates should have at least SPM or higher qualifications, be proficient in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus), and be prepared for shift work. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum education required is SPM or higher.
- Good in both spoken and written English & Mandarin.
- Ability to converse in Cantonese is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to clients.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Respond to inbound calls, live chats, and emails.

Who are we looking for:-
Minimum posses with SPM, Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above
Able to speak and write good in English & Mandarin
Able converse in Cantonese is an advantage
Encourage the Fresh Graduate to apply*
Willing to work on shift working hours including midnight shift & weekend is preferable
Able start work immediately is an advantage
