Astra Academy provide high-performance tutoring for secondary and college students so they can achieve A* grades or make significant jumps in their results. Parents come to us when “trying another tutor” is no longer enough and they want a proven, structured system.

Your Key Responsibilities

The Education Consultant is responsible for turning qualified inquiries from parents into enrolled students. This is a consultative sales role: you will diagnose the student’s situation, recommend the right tutoring plan, and enroll them on a call or whatsapp.

Requirements

1+ years in consultative sales (education, tutoring, admissions, coaching, or similar high-consideration services).

Proven track record of closing on the phone/ whatsapp with parents or adult decision-makers.

Strong listener who can guide emotional decisions with logic and structure in english and mandarin

Comfortable discussing money, presenting premium solutions, and handling objections without discounting.

Organized and disciplined with CRM usage and follow-up.

Willing to work some evening/weekend hoursto match parent availability.
