Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop.
  • Handle customer complaints and conduct evaluations.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Assist in stocktaking and upselling promotions.
  • Motivate and cultivate team spirit among outlets.
  • Train staff to meet service standards.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Manage daily sales deposits.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Responsibility
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Krispy Kreme Doughnut shop.
  • To deliver the highest standard quality of service by handling customer complaints, conducting customer service evaluation and achieving the customer service rating target.
  • Ensure staffing, inventory levels are appropriate so as to allow for smooth operation of the shop.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Assist in stock take and upsell promotions.
  • Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the outlets.
  • Maintain utmost service standards and discipline/grooming among the service staff.
  • Supervise and train service staff to standards of excellence.
  • Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures.
  • Daily bank-in of the sales money and ensure float is sufficient.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.
