Job description
We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for Procurement Officer.

You will play an important role in:

Ensure that the products and supplies match the requirement of individual orders.

Sourcing, purchasing required supplies and services at competitive prices.

To request for samples and catalogues on materials from potential suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contracter.

Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.

In-charge of sourcing, negotiating and purchasing required supplies and services at competitive prices.

To prepare Purchase Order and update outstanding PO.

Plan and arrange the orders to be deliver as the schedule.

Make sure the invoice is the same as the amount of the goods arriving before handing it over to the Accounts department.

Practice and implement in accordance to the requirement of ISO Standard.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

Min. SPM / Diploma / Degree in any fields.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

Good Communication Skills, Analytical & Negotiation Skills is an added advantage.

Familiarity with procurement software (Eg: SAP Systems) is a plus.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required as you would need to liaise with stakeholders from China.
