Job summary

A logistics company in Bayan Lepas is looking for a skilled individual to manage the full set of import/export shipping documents, process customer orders accurately, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma in Logistics or Business, possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is detail-oriented. Additional responsibilities include handling cargo documentation and communicating with team supervisors as needed. This role may require overtime or weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Full set of import/export shipping documents based on LC.
• Process customer’s orders/enquiries timely and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedure.
• Communicate discrepancies/issues to team supervisor/manager.
