Responsibilities
- Develop relationships and networking with SMEs clients.
- Provide advisory services or solutions to SMEs clients.
- Engage with SME's customers via phone to promote products.
- Ensure daily and monthly productivity targets are achieved.
- Participate in providing feedback during discussions.
Skills
Education
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably with experience in a telemarketing environment; 2 years in the sales industry is an added advantage.
- Self discipline and team player with integrity.
- Able to work under pressure, aggressive and result-orientated.
- Develop relationships and networking with SMEs clients.
- Provide advisory services or solutions to SMEs clients on the company profile.
- Engage with SME’s customers via phone in promoting banking and SMEs related products.
- Ensure daily and monthly productivity targets are achieved.
- Actively participate in providing feedback during discussions.
- Foster positive relationships with team members within the team and department.
- 5 working days (Office Hours)
