We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant / Sales Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at One Hub D&B Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and proposing tailored interior design solutions

Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services

To handle daily sales activities with excellent customer servicing such as proposal, follow up, after sales and etc

Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers

To coordinate all necessary communication between external and internal parties to ensure smooth progress and handover of ongoing projects

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and continuously expanding your product knowledge

Contributing to the overall growth and success of the business through your sales and customer service excellence

What we're looking for

Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Business or equivalent

Able to communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle customer objections and close deals

A keen eye for design and a passion for creating beautiful, functional living spaces

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to use design software eg. AutoCAD would be an added advantage

Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a commitment to exceeding sales targets

Posses own transport

Willing to work on Retail Hour, Public Holiday and Weekends
