Qualifications

• Fresh Grads to 2 years' experience in Inside Sales.
• Language: English, Malay & Mandarin (may need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Generate new business using upselling tactics.
• Maintain and expand Customer Database via Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with sales team on order processing and invoicing.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Basic Skills on Microsoft Team / Office (Excel & Powerpoint)

Education

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, Mass Comm, or Finance
