As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers by providing timely and effective support throughout their journey. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through our orthodontics treatment services. You will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, understanding their needs and providing accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, calls, and real‑time enquiries.
Book, reschedule, and confirm all clinic appointments.
Receive 1st batch aligners from HQ and hand to patient.
Maintain clinic spreadsheet and attendance updates.
Follow up patients’ following dental procedures (e.g., extraction, filling, scaling) based on CRM records and ensure appointments are booked and completed.
Gather complaint information and escalate to backend.
