Job description

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role involves identifying customer needs, managing accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Generate new leads and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with customer objectives.
  • Communicate progress of sales initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Develop new business opportunities and improve existing relationships to meet sales targets.
  • Track and forecast sales performance (e.g., monthly results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare regular reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Assist with client requests and issue escalations as needed.
Language Requirements

Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is MANDATORY to liaise with clients and partners from China and Hong Kong. A Mandarin speaker is preferred, as the role involves regular communication with customers from these regions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
