A leading electrical equipment company in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Manager to develop technical presentations and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 1-2 years of experience in sales management. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improvement or upgrades
Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
Ability to hold self and direct reports accountable
Attend to site to support customer on after sales support
At least a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in electrical sales management preferably in high voltage equipment.
Experience with electrical systems, and product knowledge
Extensive electrical product knowledge (advantage)
