Job description
Integrations Program Manager (Bilingual: Spanish–English)

You will own multiple, concurrent integration projects end-to-end—including with HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle), assessment vendors, and other enterprise systems. From scoping and vendor negotiations to testing and cut-over, you’ll keep every stakeholder aligned and every milestone on track—while communicating fluently in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities
  • Scope project charters, budgets, and timelines for each HRIS and third-party integration.
  • Chair weekly governance calls with vendors; manage RAID logs and track change requests.
  • Coordinate across HR, Finance, Security, and Engineering to clear technical and organizational dependencies.
  • Maintain master project artefacts: Gantt charts, capacity models, vendor scorecards, and issue logs.
  • Lead bilingual stand-ups, steering committee reviews, and ad-hoc war rooms during escalations.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing (UAT, parallel runs).
  • Organize go-live planning, cut-over execution, hyper‑care support, and adoption tracking.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to the continuous‑improvement backlog.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years managing large-scale enterprise projects with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; confident presenting and negotiating with executive stakeholders in both languages.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms and/or custom API‑based integrations.
  • Able to coach junior PMs and help standardize best practices across multiple regions.
  • Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Workday Pro, or SAP Activate certification.
  • Hands‑on exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS platforms.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond Spanish and English.
