Job Brief

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Platforms Manager to join our Commercial Division. This role centers on managing TPA relationships, overseeing platform integrations, and driving our eCommerce platform business. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations of our acquiring channels while building scalable growth in the online payments space.

Job Responsibilities

• TPA Channel Management: manage TPA relationships, performance, and service quality.
• Integration & Platform Operations: oversee TPA integrations, resolve issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• eCommerce Platform Growth: drive merchant adoption and transactions across major eCommerce platforms.
• Business Planning & Insights: analyze performance, market trends, and deliver actionable reports.

Job Requirements

• Background / Experience: Degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Finance, or related field. Working experience in related fields/payments industry is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: comfortable analyzing data sets, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports.
• Communication: clear and concise in sharing findings with peers and immediate managers.
• Technical/Tools: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; basic exposure to PowerPoint/Slides; interest in learning payment integrations.
• Commercial Acumen: basic understanding TPA dynamics and eCommerce ecosystem; focuses on execution tasks.
• Detail vs. Big Picture: detail-oriented, able to spot patterns and connect dots under guidance.
• Self-Starter / Initiative: proactive learner, eager to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Collaboration: works well with peers and cross-functional teams to support projects.
