Job summary

A leading provider in after-sales services is seeking an experienced technician to oversee installations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in engineering, with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the HVAC industry. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential, alongside proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. You will ensure high customer satisfaction while managing feedback and complaints effectively. Willingness to travel for business is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in after sales services, preferably in HVAC.
  • Knowledge in air conditioning, product development, project management, and after-sales management.
  • Proficient in English, Malay & Mandarin for effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate installation and maintenance training sessions.

  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain user satisfaction rates.

Job Overview

Responsible for the installation and maintenance after-sales services of the department. Take charge of the customer satisfaction while safeguarding the company's interests, coordinate with the relevant departments to promote timely handling of after-sales complaints / feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the regional installation and maintenance training sessions that include process, basic knowledge, usage of APP and other training deemed necessary;
  • Assist in the notification, coordination and tracking of the after-sales complaints, and convey quality issues to the respective departments;
  • Assist the regional customers with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of common faults and difficult problems;
  • Responsible for the timely resolution of customer complaints and ensure the customer resolution, user satisfaction and other indicators are maintained at the targeted rates;
  • Assist in the development, maintenance and installation management of the regional after-sales outlets, and achieve the outlet's performance indicators;
  • Assist in the parts management of the regions and solve the customer problems, if any;
  • Assist in providing feedback on product quality issues, control returns and exchanges;
  • Assist in any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in any Engineering course;
  • Possesses minimum 2 years of working experience in after sales services, preferably in the HVAC industry;
  • Possesses knowledge in air conditioning, preferably with experience in product development, project management, budget management and after-sales management;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Excellent in problem solving and technical support;
  • Good computer skills with sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,etc);
  • Proficient in English, Malay & Mandarin in order to have effective communication with HQ, China.
  • Fast-learner, disciplined, independent and result-oriented;
  • Willing to travel for business trips when required.
