Sales Engineer (Diagnostic & Medical Division) – Based in Kuala Terengganu

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through marketing activities.
  • Understand industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to highlight key features of the products.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets within designated timelines.
  • Conduct installations, testing and commissioning of new analysers at customer’s site.
  • Plan and perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on medical instruments.
  • Attend to breakdown calls during normal working hours and on call time.
  • Deliver timely and reliable service support to internal and external customers.
  • Provide after-sales services and support to customers by responding to customer needs and building rapport with customers and end-users.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction towards the equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in technical field but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment independently.
  • Demonstrate good skills in critical thinking, proactive in problem solving and creative in providing solutions.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work on standby/on-call. Willing to work exceeding normal working hours when required.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel in short notice.
  • Working experience in hospital based or healthcare environment will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • To be stationed in Kuala Terengganu after completing comprehensive service training at HQ (Ampang, Selangor).
  • Allowance (travel stipends, transportation, etc.).
  • Group PA and Medical Insurance.
  • Company trip.
