As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation, submission, and tracking of tender bids for contracts, projects, or procurement opportunities. This role involves ensuring that all proposals are completed accurately, submitted on time, and comply with the requirements of the requesting organization or client that align with company strengths. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for optimizing procurement processes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, quotations, and related supporting documents in accordance with project requirements.
  • Collect, review, and organize technical, commercial, and financial information needed for tender participation.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing, specifications, and supporting details.
  • Compare supplier quotations and conduct basic cost evaluations to ensure competitive and viable pricing.
  • Track tender timelines and ensure all submissions are completed and delivered within stipulated deadlines.
  • Manage procurement activities using online tendering systems, including government platforms where applicable.
  • Support internal teams during tender clarification, negotiation, and approval stages.
  • Maintain proper records of tender submissions, outcomes, and contractual documentation.
  • Assist in post-award contract administration, including monitoring changes in scope or pricing.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline tender and procurement workflows for improved efficiency.
Requirements
  • Completed SPM, achieving at least an A grade in Mathematics.
  • Experience at least 1-2 years in tender documentation and procurement processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, especially in interactions with suppliers and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with ePerolehan platforms is a plus.
