The Role: As our volume of Chinese-speaking clients grows, we need a Mandarin-speaking IT Recruiter who understands the tech landscape.
Focus: Primarily 180° Recruitment (Sourcing & Candidate Delivery), with the flexibility to expand into a 270° role (Client Management) based on business needs.
Source and connect with top-tier IT talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.).
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients to align on technical needs and culture.
Proactively suggest improvements to our workflow to enhance speed and quality.
Collaborate with the team on our expansion into the Japanese market.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin (Written & Spoken) is essential to liaise with specific clients.
(※Mandarin proficiency is required because business meetings with clients are sometimes conducted in Mandarin.)
Experience: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (Agency or In-house) is required.
Mindset: You are a self-starter who takes ownership. You enjoy a startup environment where your voice matters.
