Volunteer Management Officer

A humanitarian organization in Bandar Baru Bangi is looking for a Volunteer Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of volunteers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related fields and 1–3 years of experience in volunteer management. Responsibilities include coordinating volunteer deployments and events, along with maintaining volunteer records. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful humanitarian initiatives.
Competenze
- 1–3 years of experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or NGO work.
- Experience coordinating events or humanitarian initiatives is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and adapt to dynamic project needs.

Requirements Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences, HR, Psychology, Community Development, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or NGO work.
Experience coordinating events or humanitarian initiatives is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to facilitate training and briefing sessions.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with volunteer management systems is a plus.
Ability to work with diverse groups and adapt to dynamic project needs.
